Being a single guy with no sense of interior design, the team at Ceramico have been great to deal with throughout my ensuite and laundry renovations. The demolition team understood the fragility of the interior wall blocks and made sure there was no damage from their tasks. Aaron did an outstanding tiling job and listened to my interests of outcomes of the job and installation of fixtures. Josh the plumber was helpful and showed high quality to his work. Carl, Cheryl, Paul, Leah and Erin were always helpful when in-store and as said at the beginning, as a single guy with no sense of interior design, helped greatly with the design I love. Highly recommend.

Thank you Paul and the team at Ceramico. We now have a beautiful new ensuite to be proud of. Nothing was too much trouble whenever we rang or called in to the store. We received lots of helpful patient advice to all of our questions. At no time did we feel rushed or that our questions were not important. Our ensuite was quite small and we wanted a walk in shower. So glad that we did it has made our bathroom feel more spacious. We just love it, the start to our day is now lighter and brighter. Aaron did fantastic job with the tiling and also suggested we place one of the terrazzo rainbow floor tiles into the wall recesses. It looks fabulous. Everyone has been great. Ceramico just completed a bathroom renovation and laundry tiling project for us in Safety Bay. The project was managed well and all timeframes that were promised were achieved, some even before they were due. Given the scale of this project, we were very grateful to Paul and his team for this. Jack was the main contractor for the job and he was very professional. He was reliable, checked in with us all the time, minimised the mess and disruption caused by the renovation. He was friendly and easy to work with. Jack's skills were outstanding and we are very happy with everything - tiling, cabinetry installation, and all the finishings. Thank you Jack for making the work go as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you Paul at Ceramico for always checking in with us and managing the project so efficiently. Thanks also to JDB Plumbing and Bathrooms who also did an excellent job.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! The team at Ceramico was amazing, and we couldn't be happier with our newly renovated ensuite. It feels like we're stepping into a fancy coastal hotel bathroom every time! Paul & co were so well organised and the project management was second-to-none. Aaron, the jack of all trades, is so talented and did a brilliant job with everything - from the waterproofing, to the tiling, everything was done to perfection. Can highly recommend the team at Ceramico. You get the full experience from the minute you walk into the showroom. Their staff are very knowledgeable and professional, and can help even when you have no idea what you want! We're on our 2nd house and they helped us with bathrooms and even the choice of laundry tiles - they went above and beyond and even let us borrow some tiles to figure out our kitchen splashback! 11/10 service 👏👏
