Founders

Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms was founded by Carl Connor & Paul O’Driscoll in 2019.

Carl & Paul are both wall & floor tilers by trade & know the bathroom industry inside out.

They decided to open Ceramico alongside their existing bathroom renovation business ‘Renov8 W.A’ after becoming disillusioned with the lack of quality, value & service offered to their own customers by other stores. The vision for ceramico was to provide not only their own renovation customers the quality, value & service they deserve but also to the wider general public also.

We pride ourselves on the complete experience from design to finish & are always at the forefront of modern design.

In 2021 Ceramico had outgrown their original Renov8 WA business so much that it was decided that both businesses would operate under the 1 ‘Ceramico’ brand.

Sales Team

Our Sales team is headed up by Carl along with Cheryl Connor (wife of Carl) & Leah O’Driscoll (wife of Paul) & close family friend Erin Porter.

Although you may see Paul as well as other members of our team around the showroom, Carl & ladies will usually be the happy smiling faces that greet you when you visit our showroom.

Renovation Team

Our renovation team has over 100 years combined experience in the industry & is headed up by Paul, who personally oversees & project manages every renovation to ensure standards of quality & service are always maintained.

Jack Smith – who is a qualified wall & floor tiler who served his full apprenticeship under the watchful eye of Paul & has been an important part of renovation team almost from day 1.

Jack Cank – who is also a fully qualified wall & floor tiler who has wealth of knowledge in both the commercial & residential side of renovations.

Jake Connor – who is the middle child of Carl & Cheryl, who served his whole apprenticeship in house & is now a top-class tradesman & a very important part of our team.

Aaron Gleeson – who has been in the domestic tiling & renovation industry locally for over 25 years, his reputation, experience & knowledge is a welcome addition to our team.

Ben Smith – who like his brother Jack, served a large part of his apprenticeship under Paul’s supervision & is regarded locally as a top-class renovator, his experience & skills are also a very welcome addition to our team.

Our award-winning apprenticeship scheme currently has 3 active apprentices, Troy Wren, Kyle Symes & Joseph Reilly who work on site full time & attend the local TAFE to complete their qualifications, with the right training & guidance, our apprentices will all have very bright futures in our industry.

Our in-house team is backed up by our local family run licensed trades.

My wife and I purchased taps, bath towel rails and 2 bathroom cabinets a few years ago. This company go beyond making the process easy, they greet you with a smile, no pressure to buy, give you time to walk around there amazing showroom then make themselves available to answer any questions, anyway we move forward 2 years and one of the tap handles had become loose, our plumber who installed ours never gave us the special key to tighten them, we went back to the shop and as before they went beyond to find a spare key to help us. From a very fussy, apprehensive and skeptical customer, the team at Ceramico provided an outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial quote stage, to the planning, the product selection (allowing for many indecisions and mind changes), the workmanship and the level of detail on completion, Ceramico well exceeded any expectations. Jack is meticulous with an exceptional work ethic and I cannot thank him enough for what we achieved in only just over 2 weeks all with zero mess and disruption. He is truely a wizard in his craft! We chose CERAMICO for our wet area renovations based on their past reviews and we are so pleased we did. Our house in Rockingham had been a rental for many years and therefore needed totally updating. Paul gave valuable advice and ongoing communication during the works and this was relayed to their teams of guys to complete every aspect of each job and was an absolute delight to deal with. Leah, Cheryl and Carl in the showroom are professional and welcoming. They assisted us with tiles and fittings and their product knowledge was second to none. Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Leah was so helpful when picking our products & fittings, as was Paul when designing our bathroom. The actual reno and fitting was also great, with regular photo updates and emails as we were away when it was completed. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble for the guys at Ceramico.
