Delivery & Acceptance Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Scheduling
1.1 All products must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms reserves the right to withhold delivery or collection until full payment has been received.
1.2 Collection from Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms’ warehouse requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
1.3 Delivery requires a minimum of three (3) working days’ notice.
2. Delivery Charges
2.1 All delivery charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
2.2 Delivery fees are charged per delivery and may vary depending on the quantity of goods, delivery method, and delivery location.
3. Risk & Title
3.1 Goods are delivered at the customer’s risk from the time the goods leave Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms’ premises, including while in transit and upon delivery, whether or not a delivery receipt is signed, except as required by law.
3.2 Title to the goods remains with Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms until payment has been made in full.
4. Third-Party Delivery
4.1 Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms may use third-party delivery contractors to deliver goods.
4.2 By placing an order, the customer consents to their name, delivery address, and contact number being provided to the delivery contractor for the purpose of completing delivery.
5. Access & Delivery Conditions
5.1 The customer must ensure safe, unrestricted, and suitable access, including appropriate parking, for the delivery vehicle to the delivery location.
5.2 If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, absence of a recipient, or any other reason beyond Ceramico’s control, the customer may be liable for additional re-delivery charges.
6. Collection Requirements
6.1 Customers collecting goods must ensure a suitable vehicle is used. Standard passenger vehicles are only suitable for limited quantities of boxed goods.
6.2 Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate vehicles or loading arrangements during customer collection.
7. Storage
7.1 Upon delivery or collection, all goods must be stored in a safe, dry, and secure environment. Damage resulting from improper storage is the responsibility of the customer.
8. Inspection & Acceptance
8.1 The customer or their authorised representative may be required to sign a delivery confirmation acknowledging receipt of goods.
8.2 The customer must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection to confirm they match the order.
8.3 Any damaged, missing, or incorrect goods must be reported to Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or collection.
9. Australian Consumer Law
9.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to the customer under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees relating to the supply of goods.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of that State.
