Jake is the youngest son & middle child of Carl & Cheryl. Jake started his career working for a local pool company servicing pools & spas. When Carl & Paul started Renov8 WA Jake couldn’t wait to get involved in the family business and start his training. In his spare time Jake likes to spend time with his partner Chloe and their daughter Zendaya.
Jack is a qualified wall & floor tiler who served his apprenticeship under the guidance of our very own Paul O’Driscoll, Jack has been in the industry since he was 15 years old and has a wealth of tiling and renovation experience far beyond his years, at the weekends Jack loves to go riding on his moto-cross bike and watching the West Coast Eagles play.
Cheryl, wife of Carl for over 25 years, her background is in the car sales and finance industry, she was thrown in at the deep end when Carl & Paul first opened the showroom and thrived under the pressure, one of her favourite things about working at Ceramico is meeting all the new people that visit the showroom and making our customers designs and ideas a reality.
Paul is a qualified wall and floor tiler with over 18 years’ experience. He cut his teeth in the high-end hotel and restaurant renovation industry, and his award winning work was once featured in the ‘Tile UK’ magazine.
Paul moved into the bathroom industry 8 years ago and has a wealth of skills and knowledge which transfer into his showroom and project management experience, Paul spends most of his time on site heading up our Renov8 WA Team.
The only thing that parallels his passion for work is his love for Liverpool Football Club. More locally Paul is an avid follower of the Fremantle Dockers. At weekends he enjoys spending time with his partner Leah and going on long walks with their dogs Charlie & George.
Carl’s career up to date has accumulated over 33 years’ experience in the tiling industry in both commercial projects, e.g. hotels, department stores, shopping centres, airports and swimming pools, to smaller residential projects such as bathroom renovations, laundries, en-suites, kitchens, large floor areas, balconies and pool surrounds.
In 1995, Carl set up his own business in the UK, before emigrating to Perth with his family in 2008 where he continued to run his successful renovations business.
Away from work, Carl enjoys spending time with his family & friends in our beautiful city, keeping fit and supporting his beloved Manchester United!
